  • “Mastery” means having expert skill or knowledge, as well as having control, authority or power over, in or with something.
 
  • At Mastery Systems, our use of the word “mastery” refers to being master of oneself – having self-control and being subject only to one’s own Highest wishes and desires, with freedom to act.

 

  • Our outcome in Mastery Systems is to give tools and techniques for individuals to know their own Highest choices in any situation, to express their choices with ease and clarity, and to have full-body alignment (head and heart!) in their choices.
  • Mastery of our selves begins with using Conscious Language.  Imagine installing on your inner Heart Drive a new Conscious Human Operating System which keeps you aware and awake to self-sabotage before it can act.  Imagine a Human Computer virus checker which finds all those pesky viruses and limiting beliefs, lies, doubts and agreements with limitation and offers each limitation to your awareness for upgrading.  The virus is called the Babel Virus.  The upgrade is called Pure Speech (Conscious Language).

Debra Littrell is a licensed Mental Health Professional specializing in alternative forms of psychotherapy.  Her commitment to serving people in their transformation into healthy loving, peaceful lives began in 1977. 

 

Debra is a Language of Mastery Facilitator with Mastery Systems.  She has completed Embodying Conscious Language, Mastery of Facilitation, Language of Mastery Instructor Training, and Outcome Facilitation Certification Training with Robert Stevens.  She has completed DVD courses in Imagination Activation, Conscious Prosperity and My Divine Partner.  Debra brings extensive experience as a training facilitator to her Mastery Systems programs.

 

In her Psychotherapy practice, Debra is a body centered psychotherapist trained in the Hakomi Method and the Foundation Training in Bodynamics.  She is an EMDR practitioner and consultant and is trained in Lifespan Integration.  Debra is a member of the King County Critical Incident Stress Management Team providing crisis intervention serves to emergency service personnel.  She provides crisis intervention services to large corporations and small businesses. 

She is a consultant for Auburn Police Department’s Peer Support Team.  She is a Facilitator for the EMDR Institute since 1995.  She does continuing education workshops or Mental Health Professionals in the EMDR Recent Trauma Protocol, Somatic Resourcing and Proactive Intervention with Aggressive/Assaultive Behavior.  She is a consultant for mental health professionals and organizations in a variety of topics.

 

Debra produced two CDs as tools for home use in somatic resourcing:  Somatic Resourcing 1: Mindfulness and Other Support Exercises, and Somatic Resourcing 2: Grounding.  Information on her psychotherapy practice, training and consulting can be found on her website www.transformativespirit.com .  

 

She has explored many cultures and spiritual traditions finding our commonality with each other within our diversity.  Debra is a minister and a Reiki Master and is trained in Matrix Energetics and Quantum Energetic Medicine.  She is fascinated by how language affects our perspectives and creates our reality since her undergraduate studies.  She is excited to share Language of Mastery courses and Outcome Facilitation using conscious language to live from who we really are.  She can be reached at 425-747-5774.
